We needed to increase capacity and improve accuracy, however, the implementation of a new system could not disrupt our daily operations. TMHNC gradually converted us over to a Pick to Light system and mold racks while we were able to continue operations. As a result, we doubled racking capacity, doubled throughput and exceeded our goals.

We started to run out of room for inventory in our 100,000 sq. foot distribution center. Other vendors told us to "convert to narrow aisles" while TMHNC gave us a better solution. TMHNC optimized our picking and slotting strategies in addition to creating new storage solutions. This not only optimized the cube space, but increased inventory accuracy and capacity by 50%.
