HEAVY-DUT™ Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers

The NORDOCK HEAVY-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers are the ultimate in strength, convenience and reliability. The platform is a unitized welded structure with continuous welds at the beam, header plate and lugs for maximum strength. The deck plate, lip plate, beam sections and lugs are constructed of minimum 50-55,000 PSI yield material. Standard center deck beam and welded side guards provide additional deck plate support. The continuous rear hinge provides side-to-side tilt with no pinch point.

Hydraulic power for smooth, efficient operation The power unit is a frame mounted integral assembly fully tested and oil filled. The motor is a totally enclosed non-ventilated type available in all voltages. Regenerative hydraulic cylinders are a heavy-duty design with polished chrome rods, guide bearings and high-pressure seals.

Easy one-step push button control

The operator presses the control button until the deck is raised and the lip is fully extended. Releasing the button allows the lip to lower onto the truck bed. The operator stores the leveler by pressing the control button until the lip fully retracts.

DOCK-LIFT™ Series

Strength, convenience and reliability with full push button power The DOCK-LIFT™ Series Scissor Lifts are the ultimate in strength, convenience and reliability with full hydraulic powered functions controlled by a push of a button.

The NORDOCK Scissor Lift is available in lift capacities from 4,000 to 20,000 lbs.and standard deck sizes ranging from 6' wide x 8' long to 8' wide x 20' long.

Standard features include beveled toe relief, fall protection velocity fuses, hinged bridge, handrails and barrier chains. The power unit is a remote mounted assembly with a totally enclosed fan cooled motor, gear pump, valve manifold, relief valve, filters and oil filled reservoir.

ERGONOMIC™ solutions to reduce worker fatigue, prevent accidents and increase productivityThe NORDOCK ERGONOMIC™ Series of Scissor Lifts, Tilt Platforms and Turn Tables are the solution for safe and convenient load positioning to reduce worker fatigue and injury.

ERGONOMIC™ positioning equipment makes a multitude of work tasks easier including feeding or receiving parts, palletizing, work positioning and assembly. Maintaining work at a comfortable height and angle means that less reaching, bending and twisting actions are needed resulting in more productive, safer and healthier workers.

The NORDOCK ERGONOMIC™ Model SL Series of Scissor Lifts are available in capacities from 1,000 -10,000 lbs. with deck sizes ranging from 2' wide x 3' long to 8' wide x 8' long. Vertical travel ranges from 24" to 56" depending on deck size and capacity chosen. Raising and lowering is controlled by push button, foot pedal or auto leveling.
