At TMH, we believe that we cannot be a

the TMH Family. Check back regularly to see if your favorite TMH Team Member

Brent
Burlingame, Assistant Service Manager, Hayward
“I enjoy knowing that I have helped over the years to get our company to
where it is today - Number 1 in the industry.”
Although his current term of employment at TMH started in 1984, Assistant
Service Manager Brent Burlingame has a much longer history with the company
formerly known as Perin Company (now TMH). Brent’s father was a mechanic
with Perin Co. in the late 1960s, while Brent was in the military. On a
two-week leave in 1969, Brent worked for Perin Co. getting his induction to
the material handling industry. He enjoyed his one-week of employment at
Perin Co. so much that the day after leaving the service, he started back at
Perin Co. Although Brent took a break from the industry for about nine years
in the 70s, he returned and has been with TMH for 23 years.
As Assistant Service Manager his primary role is to assist all customers and
all fellow employees with service related issues. With 38 years in the
material handling industry, Brent’s experience is invaluable to the TMH
Service team.
Of his long relationship with TMH/Perin Co., Brent likes to point out that
he has received paychecks from the company in the 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s and
2000s, giving him five decades of history with the company. If the TMH
Management has their way, Brent will make it 6 decades when he receives
paychecks from TMH in the 2010s. Check back in 2010!
Ted
Arellano, Fresno Service Supervisor
“The best part of my job is being able to provide customer satisfaction,
employee satisfaction and owner satisfaction.”
As TMH Fresno’s Service Supervisor, Ted Arellano is responsible for
coordinating shop service for TMH rental equipment, customer equipment and
for equipment that TMH sells as well as giving estimates for those services.
In addition, he is involved in all points of safety in and around the
service shop at the TMH Fresno location.
Ted began in the material handling industry with American Engineering, who
later became Pioneer Equipment, who then became Valley Toyota. At last,
Valley Toyota was bought by TMHNC and Ted became part of the TMHNC family a
little over five years ago. Since coming to TMHNC, his dedication has
brought significant growth to the Fresno service operation. The TMH
Management team sees Ted as a true team player that takes safety, employee
and customer satisfaction, and service operations extremely seriously. He
works each day as if TMH was his own company.
Ted has an automotive degree from Fresno Technical College. He currently is
a bronze technician, working toward becoming a silver technician. In his
spare time enjoys “being with and bugging my family”, as well as fishing,
traveling and planting/repotting plants.
